Production Process
Each Wooly Hugs piece is 100% handmade, so crafting time may vary between 15–20 days, depending on design complexity. For custom orders, the process may take 20–30 days, including:
Design Phase (3–7 days)
Receive your reference photos, create a 3D sketch, and finalize the design together.
Crafting Phase (10–15 days)
Our artisans carefully hand-crochet your piece based on the approved design.
Quality Check & Shipping
You'll receive photos before dispatch, along with a tracking update.
We keep you updated throughout each stage — from design approval to final packaging.
